1. Service scope
CueTalk is a browser-based speech timing tool. You are responsible for how you use timers, notes, and exported logs during events and rehearsals.
2. Plans and billing
CueTalk offers a free plan plus optional Pro access billed at $3/month. Crate Pass is available at $15/month through the Cashew Crate hub.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Refunds
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse or interfere with the service, including automated scraping, overload attempts, or attempts to bypass entitlement checks.
5. Availability
Features may be updated, changed, or removed as we improve the product. We may suspend service during maintenance or incident response.
